About Me
First and Foremost I am a mum of a very active 3 (nearly 4) year old, which combined with my love of sport and desire to pass that on is how I came to start the Toddler Fit programme. With physical activity levels and participation in sport continuing to decrease and alarmingly so in children, I wanted to do something to inspire children to get involved in sport and ensure they have a positive first experience.
I have an extensive background in sport and fitness, a first class honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University and 6 years of teaching experience. I am also a qualified personal trainer, sports therapist and level 2 basketball and boxing coach. My love for sport has also led me to compete internationally at basketball and win 2 national championships in boxing along with having competed for the county at netball and athletics.
