The Programme Structure
Toddler fit consists of a ten-session programme, with the first five sessions focused more on the development of the fundamental movements and components of physical fitness. The Second five sessions are focused more on introducing more sports specific movement patterns.
The sessions: Each session focuses on a specific fundamental movement skill or type of sport and each session also have a theme to capture the children’s imagination.

What to expect
The sessions are around 45 minutes in duration with 20 minutes of activity followed by a 5/10 minute break and then another 20 minutes of activity.
Log Book:
Toddler fit sessions include a log book to allow your child to track their progress through the programme. At the end of each session, the child will be given a sticker to place in their log book to show they have completed the session. The log books also contain ideas for activities that can be done at home to increase your child’s development.

Parents
Parents are welcome to an encouraged to participate in or watch the sessions. Please note that a parent or guardian responsible for the child must stay on the premises for the duration of the session and be on hand for any toilet issues or emergencies.
What to bring
The sessions will involve lots of movement and exercises and therefore the following should be brought/worn:
Comfortable clothes that stretch eg leggings, t-shirts, jogging bottoms
Suitable footwear eg trainers/doodles/footwear that allows movement
A drink bottle filled with water
The toddler fit log book
Parents/guardians must bring with them any medication their child requires and make the coach aware of any action needed.

The costs of this ten-week Toddler Fit programme £55 (inclusive of Logbook)
Payments are required prior to the start of the programme by bank transfer
